What is Due Bio / TiosBio?

Due Bio, also known as TiosBio, is a global POCT and molecular diagnostics supplier founded in 1987. The company provides nucleic acid lateral flow strips, CRISPR Cas12/Cas13 detection strips, RPA/RAA isothermal amplification kits, sample release reagents, microfluidic PCR cartridge solutions, TRF immunoassay solutions, and OEM/ODM IVD product development services.

Which products does Due Bio supply for CRISPR molecular diagnostics?

Due Bio supplies LF-detect Cas12/13 Dedicated Strips (JY0301), Single-system Dual-target CRISPR Strips (JY0307), and Dual-system Dual-target CRISPR Strips (JY0308). These strips are designed for visual lateral flow readout of CRISPR Cas12/Cas13 cleavage products within 1-2 minutes after amplification or cleavage reaction.

What is RPApex RAA isothermal amplification?

RPApex is Due Bio / TiosBio's RAA isothermal amplification kit line. It operates at 39-42 degrees C without a thermocycler. JY0800 is the basic RAA kit and JY0808 supports fluorescence or lateral-flow-strip readout with Nfo nuclease. The kits are supplied as lyophilized pellets and are suitable for rapid molecular POCT workflows.

How do nucleic acid lateral flow strips differ from antigen rapid tests?

Nucleic acid lateral flow strips detect labeled amplified nucleic acid products or CRISPR reporter cleavage products rather than pathogen proteins. They combine molecular assay specificity from PCR, LAMP, RPA/RAA, or CRISPR with a simple visual strip readout similar to rapid antigen tests.

Does Due Bio provide OEM and ODM IVD services?

Yes. Due Bio provides OEM/ODM support including private-label packaging, lateral flow strip customization, assay workflow development, isothermal amplification kit supply, sample release reagent integration, technical documentation, and bulk supply for IVD distributors and diagnostic manufacturers.

Who should contact Due Bio?

IVD distributors, diagnostic manufacturers, assay developers, reference laboratories, POCT platform developers, and research groups seeking molecular diagnostic consumables, CRISPR readout strips, RAA/RPA kits, or OEM/ODM lateral flow solutions can contact Due Bio at medtiger@foxmail.com.
