Working Mechanism
This product uses a chromatographic double-antibody sandwich method to detect the labeled probe of Cas12/13. When designing the probe, users of this product only need to label one end with Biotin and the other end with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) or 6-carboxyfluorescein (6-FAM), then this product can detect the Cas digestion product of the target gene LAMP, RAA or RPA after isothermal amplification.
